· A part of the world’s largest, most active service club organization.

· Working together in a spirit of harmony and cooperation.

· Non-sectarian, yet encouraging religious observances.

· Non-profit yet inspiring a lively interest in government and city affairs.

· We try to determine community needs, i.e., in health care, education or social services, and develop means of meeting them, either through our own efforts or in cooperation with other agencies.

· While we are community oriented we recognize that need has no boundary and that we are an international organization.  As such, we regularly donate funds to the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) which supports humanitarian services, vocational training and major disaster relief around the world.

· The prestige of our work is known and recognized by the entire world.

· At the same time, Lions and Lioness Clubs provide good fellowship and a social life for their members.
